What Is This City Known For?
Kaş is a tranquil Mediterranean town known for its diving tours in its crystal-clear waters; the surrounding area features ancient shipwrecks and Lycian sarcophagi carved into the rocks. The ancient city of Kekova, which is accessible by sea and is partially submerged, is one of the region’s most famous attractions. The Greek island of Meis (Kastellorizo), located on the opposite shore, is visible to the naked eye from Kaş.
